Hello Everyone,

I wanted to share my great news with you:

I'm going to have a BABY!!!

I just found out Monday of this week. We weren't expecting it at all but we are soooooo excited.
This will be our first baby. I guess we have a lot of preparing to do.

Just thought I would let you all know.

Blessings to you all,

OH MY GOODNESS ANGIE, CONGRATULATIONS,

That's sooooo wonderful!! Having your first baby is so exciting! You have alot of prepairing to do but it's so fun. I will never forget when I had my first or second for that matter. There really is nothing like it. If you need any advice I may be able to help although it's been 10 years since I've had a baby in the house. Do you watch the baby shows on TLC.? I enjoy those so much.

Congrats,
Wendy

Hi Wendy,

Thanks for the congrats...

It's funny, before I found out I was pregnant, I had no desire to watch those baby stories. I never cared to hear about peoples pregnancies. I was starting to think babies weren't for me. But now that it's my turn, I am SO excited. I want to get all the information I can. It's crazy. I am actually excited about getting a big tummy. I think it is so cute.

I thank God for blessing me with this little life. It's all in His timing.

If you have any tips for me, please feel free to PM me.

Bless you,

Angie

Congratulations Angie!

I was just a few years younger than you when I had my first baby, its been 23 years but I can remember it like it was yesterday. It was the happiest time in my life, I enjoyed the whole experience so much I did it again 9 months later ;) The interesting thing with me was that my symptoms had all eased up throughout my whole pregnancy, I went off all medications and felt great, got big, but felt great haha! If I could have I would have stayed pregnant forever!! I hope everything goes well for you and don't worry about any extra weight gain (if you have any), once they learn to crawl/walk and your chasing them everywhere, the weight just seems to disappear :)

Enjoy this amazing time!
peace
Kathy

Congratulations! I bet you are very excited. You will be one busy person getting ready for your new addition. You may want to purchase a journal or baby book to document the events leading up to the birth of your baby. Check this site out. You will find it to be very helpful. http://babycenter.com

Take care.

How exciting, Angie! I'm so happy for you.

I pray that you'll be among the number of us who go into remission during pregnancy. I always felt like a million dollars once I got past morning sickness. (Now mind you, this is not a practical way to treat AS.)

Hugs,

Cindy

Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we are here we might as well dance.

Angie,
Congrats to you & your hubby! I wish you all the best with your new addition. Kids are truly a blessing and the most expensive thing you will ever have to maintain! I love my son more than anything, he has been the best gift God ever gave me. You will find tons of joy in your new baby. We have been watching our little niece lately and she is just a little doll. 6 months old and I love her as much as if she were my own child.
Anyway, keep us posted in the months to come. By the way, do you have a due date yet?

Wonderful news! I think there must be a little magic in the AS board that has new ASKickers promptly find themselves on the expecting list. At least it worked that way for me and more than a few folks and grandfolks after me here.

Angie,
Congratulations! When we adopted our son 22 years ago, the family with the biggest house invited all the men to take their wives to this "baby shower". That started a trend of these loggers, miners and rugged outdoorsmen joining in the celebration of new birth. To this day, depending on the couple, we have some of the toughest, mountain men show up for the baby showers.

I wish you the very best! I burped my little grandson a few hours ago! It was great!

If there is ever something I can do for you, you would probably be better off talking to almost anyone but me...

Lon
