One of my recurring nightmares is that I will wake up one morning and my body will tell me in no uncertain terms that Arava is no longer working for me and I am back to square one. I'm so sorry to hear Enbrel has stopped being effective, seems so cruel to show you what remission can be like and then snatch it away again. Is there any chance you could give Arava a go? It's not nearly as expensive as Enbrel or Remicade (or Humira), works a bit differently as it's not a biological disease modifier, and has worked a miracle for me - - and for a good friend of mine who has RA and went on Arava and now is off disability and working again.
