I would say that if you feel no different after 2-3 weeks that it probably is of no value to you. I have forgotten if you are HLAB27+? I am, don't know if that may factor in. Plus, how much are you taking? I'm taking an anti-inflammatory dose of 500mg 4x/day. One positive thing is that it doesn't seem to take as long to come out of these flares as it once did.
