I feel a little foolish after lecturing to you about over-doing the other day but this was one time when I had to do it. I feel a lot better today and, as you said, it will soon pass.
I'm glad you didn't go into a full blown flare...shows you are doing right by your body.
How 'bout you letting me have Savannah and you can take Alexander? Sounds good to me...I know Savannah won't beat me up:)
