Hi Tired Tom well it looks like alot of others have constant flares also. My As started in the sac after an injury to my lower back well in the Military in 1971 after that it took 10 yrs to find the AS. But like you have had few flareups in the sac area now and lumbar area is completely fused. My main area for the last few years have been in upper spine between shoulder blades plus my chest and ribs. Like you I keep waiting to see if it will slow down there, but it looks like its 50 50 some burn out some don't. But atleast we maybe on our way to that goal. If our lower can start to bother us less then why not top right. Nice Chatting take care and keep fighting the good foight.
