Kathy & Paul. That's two for HP, thank you for the input. My best friend and her husband received a brand new HP for Christmas last year from their son. It's still sitting in the box, never been opened, because they don't know how to set it up and rather than pay someone to come and set it up for them, they have just kept using their old Gateway. It drives me nuts when I think about them having this brand new (of course now it's a year old, so not the latest and greatest anymore)computer just sitting around, when I could sure put it to good use. Wouldn't you think a good friend would give it to me if they weren't going to use it???
