blue cross didn't have the applicaton. had to call the cobra people again. I had to get snotty. I told them to call blue cross. so-after another hour on my cell blue cross verified the insurance is back up. but get this, when I tried to have my rx filled, the pharmacy is getting a policy termed message. I call bx yet again, and the customer serive agent said it takes a day or two to get the pharmacy side going. I told her I have been out of meds for over a week-I guess that is my problem. I wish when it came to insurance, you get what you pay for, but I am paying through the nose and not getting anything today.
