I woke up Sunday morning knowing it was time to make a decision and I decided to go back to NSD. With very little to go on except the minor increase in inflammatory pain I was feeling, it wasn't an easy decision. To be honest with you all, this is one of those times I relied on God and on prayer to make a decision. On Sunday morning, I KNEW what I needed to do.

Today, my body is talking a little louder as my right elbow is rather sore and I suspect it's from my days in Starch World.

I also called me family doc today and made an appointment to talk with her about minocycline. I'll see her Thursday. I'm seeing two different protocols out there. One calls for minocycline 100 mg three days a week and the other for 100 mg twice a day. Any thoughts?
