Great alternatives to NSAIDs
--first, you have to take about 11g daily EFAs, but especially try 2-3g nightly GLAs (borage seed oil and some others), most of the EFAs can be EVOliveOil, but be sure to get some salmon or cod liver oil.
--Then extra magnesium; magnesium citrate is fine at just a couple of tablespoonfuls daily.
--In times of flare, fresh wheatgrass juice three days in a row on empty stomach: 4-6oz each day.
--Days drink some fresh ginger tea; leave the ginger out, but make it strong.

To get plenty of enzymes, eat raw vegetables that have sat out an extra day or two and plenty of sprouts, especially alfalfa but mung bean also; you can buy a sprouter and sprout mixes that have wonderful radish seeds, too. It's all good. These vegetable (and not so much fruit-) enzymes are the ones we require most.
