You are so so wrong!

Chocolate is made from a bean - a vegetable, oh yes it is, and they are good for you!

I'm doing the NSD (well, maybe truthfully it's the *almost* NSD...) and I tell myself this every time I worship at the Shrine of the Roasted Brown Bean. (ahem, actually I have twin shrines - the cocoa bean and the coffee bean - BUT THEY'RE BOTH BEANS!)

Anyway, any traces of carbs that may be contaminating a block leach out when you break it! Just make sure (listen up, Lon...)that you NEVER stuff it whole into your mouth - just break it first and it *will* be safe <snigger>

Hmmm, all this thought about chocolate makes me want to step away from the keyboard and sneak into a dark cupboard - bye!

(Cue : sound of foil wrapper being rapidly torn...)
