I do experience the coffee enema before, and yes somehow it help. But i do have problem to clean it and keep it sterile. After i use it, i usually dilute it with hydrogen peroxide and wash the part that i can reach. But i still worry if the enema tool is clean enough to be used again later. I would love to do it again later when i buy a new pot to heat the coffee.
About the coconut oil, can we use any coconut oil or any virgin coconut oil? There is several coconut oil sold in my country. But my curiousity is whether it is safe or not. I heard that coconut oil can be toxic if it not properly made. Is there any rule like the containment percentage or the chemical list on the coconut oil?
