Hi Gerri...you've been on my mind today...I'm sorry to be the one to tell you but I dropped about 80 pounds of 26-30s last Weds....and I bet that's the last I'll see from the Gulf Coast for a few years...and the price is going to go through the roof but the quality will probably go down and most will be import....now you can still get fresh-water prawns without getting it from overseas and if the oil doesn't invade the southern Atlantic, yall will be okay because they do get some of the same species of shrimp off the coast of the Carolina's and the Atlanic side of Florida, they're a little different but if there's a low supply and a high demand, the price will probably go up...so glad to get to chat with you...big hugs & sooo much love, my sister....
