Nonni, Like others have said, the fact that you've done all the preventives-hoping to avoid a major reaction, and those preventives failed on this time.....sounds like it's time to stop before you have a more serious reaction. All the relief in the world isn't worth risking your life.
But I don't take biologics yet, and can't totally relate.
An allergic reaction that makes your throat close off is a majorly serious reaction. Be safe.
