Very good input - this is penned by Elaine Moore. She also mentions LDN: Low DOse Naltrexone. Boswellia is an excellent herb - as is ginger.

Best to make ones own infusions, those tea-bag efforts are not much cop, to begin with, they are enclosed ina treated tissue, treated with whitening agents...etc etc. Try growing yr own herbs and gathering at the correct times. Become your own herbalist. Interesting project, what?

So many excellent and efficacious herbs out there...hardly any need to resort to pharma with the drear side effects that so many of the pharma products bring! Yes, side effects even with natural herbs, but a good herbalist should be able to work out a protocol. Wish we had good herbalists here in France - but they are frowned upon! CODEX at work, don't'cha'know. Sigh.

Now to find me Boswellia to grow in my own herb garden - my own project - ah-ha! Would LOVE to grow my own tumeric. The fresh natural tumeric is so much different to the dried variety. The aroma from fresh tumeric is 'heaven' and the taste is so very different. Met it in the Carribean. wonder IF I could grow it here...? Hmmmm. Suspect, unlikely. Oh well.
