even adding a little almond essence and cinamon to that sounds like a great idea!
Assuming you're still trying to avoid starches, try to get hold of cinnamon oil. Unlike cinnamon powder, it passes the iodine test, and it still tastes great. I believe Naj found a good supplier of starch-free flavorings online that would be worth trying if you can't find that kind of stuff locally.
i can't drink milk, but do eat a little yogurt every day,
i bet i could take some plain yogurt and add those things and it would be yummy
Both almond oil and cinnamon oil are great in yogurt, though I have not tried both at the same time... I do know cinnamon and orange oil turn out well together
