I learned about immunotherapy this week at my appt. It sounds like quite a commitment. The doctor I went to told me to commit to 2 years. I told him I would talk it over with my husband. First I want to try the NSD whole heartedly. The 3 day apple fast seemed to help me and so did the NSD, I do feel weak though. Also, the doctor suggested stool collection kit and he said if they find bacteria at the lab, they try to see what kills it and see if there is an overgrowth. I know we all have bacteria that is normal in our gut, but for me it's worth knowing if there are any abnormal levels.
Diet change has improved my RA. I feel best eating raw veggies and some fruits and avoiding grains, sugars, nightshades, beans and dairy. Sed rate dropped from 65 to 19, but it took over a year. www.fatsickandnearlydead.com excess fat/oils = pain for me recipes for raw food on Youtube "raw food romance" and "healing josephine" Josephine is in remission from RA after two years by change diet/exercise
