I was trying to givee Bruno a call that first day when they wouldn't give me any pain meds, but they said he couldn't take calls because he was in traction in his hospital bed after his 'slight' fall.
Thanks for the encouraging words, and ofering your ear. Not many friends are willing to give you their ear. I think Vincent Van Goah was the last one who offered me his.
I think I forgot to mention this earlier. One thing I was really worried about is the police departmartment finding out what I was in the Hospital for, because they don't like that sort of thing around here, and they have a form that you have to have filled out by your doctor that asks for your diagnosis, among other questions. I thought I was screwed untill I talked to one of the counselors about it, and she informed me that via the Americans with Disabilities Act, it is against the law for an employer to ask a doctor for your diagnosis. So I was lucky, they put my daignosis as admitted to the hospital. It's hard to argue with that being a reason not to come into work.
