Hi All,
I ordered Carol Sinclaire's book, and I can't wait for it to come in the mail. I cut out breads already and now I am hitting a steep learning curve trying to learn to cook without starch. I have a favorite receipe for cauliflower and it contains boiled cauliflower, dried dill weed, salt, garlic, and sour creme. Does it stay or go? Also does anyone know how to interpret the numbers attached to the different foods on the starch list(like oats is 51 and porridge is only 9)?
