Glad to hear you're starting on the LSD/NSD and I'll keep my fingers crossed that you'll get some relief.
I'm one of those "Starch Nazis" Louise mentions above
and didn't seem to find much relief until I really went completely NSD. LSD just didn't do it for me.
It has difficult at the beginning to eat this way when the rest of your family is having all those old starchy comfort foods, but it gets easier. My wife and I eat almost the same exact food now that she has gone to a totally Paleo Diet and it makes things much easier.
Good luck to you! Stick w/the diet and come back with questions or troubleshooting issues as there are lots of folks here with many years of dieting under their belts. No pun intended.
