I have uveitus and I have been taking prednisone drops for a few yrs now. I am also a type 1 diabetic with retinal issues and the combination makes for one crazy optical experience! Like other posters hv mentioned, it might be the creamy substance of the med that is causing the cloudiness or the actual flare itself. I get blurred vision, see lots of flashing lights and kind of a goggle effect where my peripheral vision gets pretty bad. Once the inflammation comes down, your sight def will return.
Does your insurance allow you to go to a retinopathist or someone like that. Mine has saved my vision and manages my retinopathy and uveitus. Be well
