...My doc prescribed all new pain meds today, Fentanyl patches and a new drug that I've never heard of before, it's called Nucynta? I hope it does the trick.. ...I have to say though, it was very disturbing when the pharmacist was giving me my 'consult' for these medications, she said, "You know they prescribe this medication(the Nucynta) to cancer patients, right?". I said, "Yes, that's why they prescribed it to me." And she simply said, "Oh.." and went right on...it was one of those 'somebody pinch me' moments, like... 'is this REALLY happening right now? ...to me?', the conversation made it somehow more real...or I guess I should say
