Oh Sherri...my body loves it!!! I can't believe how much muscle I had lost...but it's coming back quickly, Lon and I were talking on the phone one day and he mentioned muscle memory and for some reason, that set me on the path...I've been so inspired by the Fitness Team....Erica has done something wonderful there!!! I hope all is well with you, Sherri...big hugs, girlfriend!!!
