Thanks Shari!!! grin2 I just started with the small hand weights(5 lbs.) and the small ankle weights (3 lbs.), it feels so good to get my blood flowing again, I do a yoga type workout followed by a swim twice a day (in the morning and in the evening) and I work Beaux at least 4x a day for 20 min. on the ball and I walk him on lead a few times a day...if I keep my elbows drawn back just behind the hips and hold them there while I walk, it tones my shoulders and helps my posture and makes my hips feel great without over doing it, I just walk at a normal pace....it feels great!!! grin2 ....and I missed you too!!! grin2
