I'm so sorry you are struggling with your injections. I have had anxiety too with the auto inject pens. It does help to take some Benadryl before the shot to help relax you or switching from pens to regular needles, helps too. The Enbrel pens hurt.
Try to stick to your regular dosing schedule. I ended up allergic to some biologics from going on and off the drugs so lived and learned the hard way.
