Follow up:
Week of Berberine and probiotics (acidophilus, sour kombucha)
and eating nothing, but meat and greens (lettuce, celery, seaweed, cucumber, kale). It took about a week of this and the probiotics and now I'm 0 out of 10 to 1 out of 10 pain free (and have been consistently pain free for about 7 days)! this diet... it really does work.
