If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Thanks for all of the great responses everyone! You AS kickers are great!
When I started this post I didn't expect to see so many same nationalities. There seem to be a lot of Irish, and Irish-Scottish descendants here. I'm surprised by the numbers I'm seeing. Well, this post was all for fun, because I don't really know my own roots.
Take Care and thanks! James.
HLA-B27+, JRA diagnosis in 1981, re-diagnosed as AS in 1988. Also iritis, colitis, and psoriasis. NSD + low carb helps me. My health makes it hard for me to post in a timely way.

Are psoriasis and eczema auto-immune based? Dad had psoriasis (and diabetes) and I have eczema, as does one of my nieces. Gee, there's an awful lot of Irish descent here. Kind of puts 'the luck of the Irish' in a whole new light! Many hugs,
Kat

Kat - eczema is definietly dang I can't type lately ennyway eczema is definitely autoimmune - it's rather hand-in-hand with AS, according to my rheumy (and my bro and I both have it . . .)

Q1 - English, Scotch-Irish, Dutch, French
Q2 - I had extremely bad symptoms. Now they are slight to moderate - but I have not regained range of motion in my neck fully - yet some has come back.
Q3. Nobody in my family has has an auto-immune disease, but I don't see my cousins often and my father died at the age of 49, in an accident. He was very healthy.
I feel that my symptoms were largely self induced trough a cobmination of bad diet and lifestyle. I am B27 negative according to the one test I took. I now stay away from excessive amounts of cheese, meat and eggs and try to eat a plant based diet mainly - fresh fruits and vegetables. And of course, I was also helped by magnesium citrate, and time off from work to exercise and rest.

Question #1 What are/were your ancestor's nationalities? 50% Norwegan, 20% German, 30 % Scottish, then the rest split between French, English, and Native American. Yeah, I'mn a mut, n proud of it!!
Question #2 How would you rate your AS condition? (slight? - moderate? - bad?) slight to moderate.
Question #3 Do any of your relatives have AS or another autoimmune disease? (including ancestors) yeah, uncle had AS, though not diagnosed, cousine has Chrones.
Take care my friend,
I hope this finds you well,
Daniel
