hi sue.. i did water PT twice...sadly it didnt help me. i hoped and prayed it would. not in the cards for bug. the biofreeze i really like. i like it during summer time. winter time it is NOT good for me. not when the skin gets dry. irritates it. but during summer months its very cooling and soothes the sore muscles enough to lay back and read or try to sleep for a bit. i bought mine on ebay. it's pricey out there on the internet otherwise. i have used the gel and it works great. right now i am using the spray. it works good when u are sore and no one to rub the stuff into your back or ribs or hard to reach joints.  it's easy to spray Gianna's knees when they are hurting her without having to get gel on her pj's. let me know if it works for you ! hope u get some relief soon. my mom just said rain is coming tues for us..i KNEW it...these bones done lie i tell u !!

Hello my wonderful friend! YES...they go by too fast! I still cant believe he's starting school in a few weeks. I understand now when my parents would tell me how fast we grew up. When u are young you cannot wait to grow up. Then once you do or become a parent, you cant get the clock to stop moving! Take care my friend...hope u and your family are doing well...

Thanks Maggie...Seems like just yesterday..wish those years would slow down a bit!! But it's still fun watching the little man all over the place...there was too much pink and foo foo stuff with the girls..now theres toy soldiers, plastic spiders and plastic snakes to balance things out... Hope u are doing well Maggie..

Happy birthday to your little one Buggy! I am feeling older now, I remember when he was born.
