I have always thought you were amazing...

I know it has to be hard but thank you for trying to help these guys that most people would consider throw aways.

Try and remember that you have to be good to yourself first so that you have the strength to help others.

Hugs,

Lisa

Lisa,
I beleive that we are in the midst of amazing people who when they accept what is and do thier best to change what can be changed! But thanks. My life is a gift. A wonderful gift that somehow either makes others glad that they are not me, or lets them know that while on this earth our creator is not finished wiht us yet! It is such a pleasure to see peole with a bit of encouragment do what they were afraid to do.
Much love to you and yours,
Br'er Lon

Kat,
Come on now girl, don't be disparaging the Blue Lucy. Her steering is just a bit weak (broke actually). I can see her from my kitchen window, under the trees, covered in 1 foot of snow.

Br'er Lon!

Great to see ya provokin' around here again!
I hope that You are not sacrificing Your health for all these hobbles, er--hobbies!

It always makes me concerned when friends start taking things too serious; don't forget it is just pageantry. Reality is either waking up pain-free or not. We will always have Elmer Gantrys to steal our treasure and time, but the key is awakening from maya.

HEALTH,
John

Knock it off John,
I was hav'n a good time sport'n around and here you go treating me like the grasshopper again!!
So you think I exist in the result of an unenlightened perspective? Well let me tell you, If I could just stay on the NSD long enough I would pick up Pete, drive over there and bring some light to your evenings.
Yea, I love it here.

John I walked across town to get my car, generally AS pain got better and better, cept for the specific hip joints. Why does exercise always help?
John you are a good brother, but do not make me come out there, lest I add that to my hobbies.

Your pageantry comment made me thing of the rather robust gal holding that flash light for her "evening wear" ensemble.

Just like to needle Ya a bit--

The reason we get better by moving around is simple--but I fergit now...

Once, I went on a long distance run--for me that was maybe four miles--and it was a very cold evening and my partner wanted to have dinner afterward. So, I was feeling great until I stopped running and then I was just like the Tin Man and my hips were getting frozen so fast--it was weird. Sitting in the car, I knew I would not be able to walk even from the parking lot to the restaurant, so was dropped off and had to cross a lane. So slowly, kind of hurling my body forward and trying to put a foot down out in front before I fell over, I stumbled into the establishment, in front of several cars honking. The next day at work a friend came up to me and she commented on how drunk I was--she had honked and honked to get my attention, but I was "really out of it." I just laughed and said it was whatever (then unnamed) disease I had making me stumble again.

Ok, I remember now. Exercise, especially moving lymph around (which does not have its own heart, but relies upon muscle movement especially the ol' glutes). AS is a disease of lymph and this is where the IgA-Kp hang out. The more this is moved around the less concentrated these immunoglobulin become. It takes two adjacent attachments to a cell to trigger cell destruction. If only one IgA is local to a cell and the next one is fifty cells away, the AS will not catch up and we avoid symptoms.

Exercise is very important--almost maybe 22% as important as diet; do both and these together are best medicine for AS, could be better even than antibiotics.

Lon, You have to come here for some re-orientin' and a Spring Break in Mexico--the legal drinkin' age there is 52 I think...

Pete's in Tucson, maybe we can draw him out with the promise of some victuals (sorry, all doughnuts are plastic encapsulated for Your safety),

TTFN
John
