I am lucky, my GP is fatter then I am. He never tells me to lose weight. My tiny Rheumy is always saying I would feel better if I were to loose 5-10 lbs.

You know I keep getting the look and the head toss about weight. When I first started NSD I lost 30 pounds and kept it off for a while, it is slowly coming back. I know I need to exercise so I go to the gym and get on the eliptical trainer and take off I do fairly well I think but There is a mom that is there quit a bit she can go for an hour while talking on the phone arranging her day and she never slows down. I try not to go while she is there I get tired trying to keep up.
Yep if my mule gives me the look and tosses her head again when I go to get on I am going to, hell I don't know what I am going to do feel guilty I guess.

I have gained about 30lbs since the picture on the left was taken. Prednisone has fattened up my face a bit too. Just went out today and bought a pair of work pants in a bigger size. I always say something about my weight before my doctor does. My GP works out at the gym but does not fall into the skinny range himself. I always tell people the only reason my wife stuck with me was that her family said our marriage wouldn't work out and my wife doesn't like to be wrong!!!

I know not all Drs are bad..lol we are sure having a rough time with my Dads right now he is one of those that thinks he IS God I keep reminding him that he is not and its not working very well..lol we will be glad when we are done with him!

Oregon has had snow storms then flooded here .My son was with out power in washington for 5 days so i made a trip up with fire wood in 12 ins of snow and 1/2 inch of ice.Having heart problems but that AS life.

I always tell people the only reason my wife stuck with me was that her family said our marriage wouldn't work out and my wife doesn't like to be wrong!!! LOL! that's funny!
