If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Was a regular walker until my feet flared in May and they are finally calming so might start walking again. Swim in summer but hate the indoor pool available to me, plus we live 30 min out of town so we usually have to get kids head home, cook dinner, kid routines, etc...no time to stop at gym. But, I have a treadmill and some free weights so the hubby and I will get going again!
But today I did dishes, vacuuming, swept floor, 3 loads of laundry...and I was home sick from work! Lol

Yes, I am wonder woman! LOL! but not even I can do that literally I suppose Walked again today, with a friend, 1 mile, 30 minutes, an overcast, stormy day, but no rain when we walked, so not a bad walk. so long as one dresses for the weather: jacket, hat, gloves, scarf. Jamie: all movement is good movement, we are a very flexible bunch! well, not physically, but in our definition of exercise!

After Thursday run I looked at the bottom of my running shoes. They are worn away. I decided I should not run in them anymore. Today I spent 50 minutes on the elliptical. I was surprised they are worn out so soon.

I cleaned the kitchen, dining and laundry room floors yesterday, went to the library and bought groceries. Today I have only been able to watch football. I have "thought" a lot about taking a walk but my body has not cooperated. Do good thoughts count? Possi

Walked 1 mile, 20 minutes.
Also shopped ~3 hours. Yes, feet not too happy about that. But the fact that I could is a good thing.
