some of you peeps might know by now that I am recovering from a THR......had a little set back recently and you know what is responsible for this little set back? stretching/yawning in bed first thing in the morning, sometimes I do this automatically without thinking and the result is always the same.......it feels like a pulled muscle or something in the crease of my groin, painful too.

I have been getting this bloody nuisance of a thing for YEARS now and I think I am stuck with it...it can set me back weeks, sometimes months at a time...dam,dam,and bluudy dam

AS is like walking on eggshells.one wrong move.........

I am so sorry. I hope it is just a brief setback. It is amazing the things we just do automatically isn't it?

Sounds awful if it sets you back that long, and hope this case is a nice short exception to the rule. Not my groin, but my morning stretch and yawn will often kink something in my upper back that can either be momentary or stay awful for days, and stretching out my legs will often give a nasty cramp in my foot. Yep, bluudy AS.
