If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Still dragged my self out swimming and for a 45min walk at lunchtime. Still yoga ing some pulled muscles I hope from Mondays yoga as opposed to a flare. I will find out tomorrow as its the same routine and when we get to the bit that did it I go ah! so thats why I am stiff/sore there. x
NSD almost all the way No dairy hard cheeses occasionally and homemade ghee Still trying to work out what makes me tick and what makes me drop

Hi Team!! Well we are all moved out of one house and waiting for the final paperwork on the next. Should be Friday. Right now we are staying at my sister's and sister in law's house. On Friday I walked right off the front porch - thanks to cataracts - and sprained my ankle, knee, and back. The ankle is the worst of it. I have soooooo much respect for people who lose their feet/legs and have to learn to walk again! Today my goal is to eat breakfast and ice my foot. Yesterday I swam (floundered) for 25 minutes. Might try that again this evening. Good job keeping moving everyone! Goooooooo TEAM!

Team - you are the best! Erica - seems to represent the who what, when and why of our struggle to stay active and then getting hit hard by the things of life.
The sunrise was absolutely a gift to me this morning! beautiful!

Erica sorry to hear about your fall. Hope can get the cataract surgery soon. The world will be a brighter place.

I walked Lola the last two days!
I do climb the stairs 10-12 times a day.

Hello TEAM!!!! Well tomorrow is 10 days since my bonsai trip down the stairs AND I CAN FINALLY SEE MY ANKLE BONES!! (Through the gross rainbow of bruises) I've been dog paddling around in the pool a lot. That's completely worked out everything above the shin. If Denver can manage to not have a snowstorm for a few days I'M GETTING CATARACT SURGERY ON THURSDAY!! Fingers crossed. I'm almost as excited about the Prednisone for 5 date after as I am being able to see. I love that stuff. We are still house surfing with fam & hotels. Very grateful for travel miles. If all goes as planned we'll move into the new (1905 fixer - did I mention I think my hubby might be a bit zealous <3 ) on Monday the 25th. Keep on moving it! Goooooooooob TEAM!
