I will drop the ice-cream. (very difficult to resist though !)
Also, I will check the labels of my canned meat and canned fish more carefully.Gee !
I hate to spend so much time thinking what to eat and checking labels what I am eating. I can't stand watching those commercials on Kentucky Fried Chicken and Hambergers and French Fries. Although I don't usually eat those everyday, once a week is nice!
I'm wondering.......body gets energy by burning carbohydrates.......If we don't eat starch, where does the body gets energy from ?
