Hello everyone!

I've been thinking a lot lately why people after being on the diet for some time can tolerate starch better and better.

It may be because these people have so little klebsiella pnemonia in their systems that it doesn't grow even if they eat starch.

It may be because they have healed their gut and no k p leaks out (?) and therefore the immune system doesn't react.

And now to my newest theory:
To explain my theory I start with an example of how the immune system works when you are vaccinated: A small dose
of the bacteria or virus is injected in your body, this causes the immune system to react and it kills the bacteria or virus and then remembers how to kill it if it's spotted again. But in most cases the immune system only remembers it for some time...

So this is my theory: When we for some reason have an overgrowth of the klebsiella the immune system reacts to it and creates antibodies to kill it. Only it's something wrong with these antibodies because they attack healthy B-27 cells aswell. The body has made a rare misstake. So you start the NSD diet and reduces the levels of klebsiella so that your body quits making these antibodies. Years go by and when you finally start to eat more starch again and your klebsiella levels rise, the immune system may have forgotten how it killed them the last time and now kills them with correct antibodies that doesn't also attack the B-27 cells.

I may be way off here but don't know if anyone has seen it like this before?

Please give me feedback!
