I got my first AS symptoms 4 months ago (although I've had a kind of constant mild iritis for 3 years. Got my AS diagnosis about 2 months ago. Started to try the NSD about 6 weeks ago. It took me about 4 weeks to get it right and last week I quit my NSAIDs. Have been feeling better and better every day since i quit them. So I'm still a beginner to the NSD, but I hope to feel well and to be able to eat whatever I want sometime in the distant future.
