If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Sure, starch can be re-introduced - From NSD to LSD and from LSD to some sort of SCD, but going back to a full-on starch regime would be madness for me. Kp levels must increase and any break in the gut is disaster waiting to happen - especially after a fast or GI illness when local flora are unbalanced and candida may be poised to invade and damage the GIT. I have gone from two year's remission (no symptoms at all) to total pain from one serving of wheat-thickened custard. Maybe there are can be changes to the immune response - some "therapies" call for death to all B27 T killer cells and other bodies so we can write on a new slate. Sounds too dodgy for me and reminds me of the logic(?) and the risk in nuking my knee joint to kill the lining to stop the B27 inflammation. Kp and various enzyme defficiencies/sensitivities are the name of the game for me, while B27 is an unfortunate side-show - largely irrelevant if i eat my true diet. I suppose i'm too conservative to second-guess the vaguaries of the immune sysytem.
