1. Rub NSAID cream into your foot from the heel to the base of the big toe before you go to bed. You can do this up to 3x during the day...
2. ice to the same area first.
3. when you get up in the morning, sit on the side of the bed, put a tennis ball under the arch of your foot, and roll it around for a few mins - gradually putting more weight/pressure thru the ball. This is a gentle way to start stretching a cold plantar fascia before you take weight on it.
4. Leave out offerings to appease the Great Angry AS God.... :-(
