
I know you are right about having more than one pair of the shoes that work well. They are just so terribly expensive. I do have a couple of pairs of Merrill's that also are pretty comfy that I change out with as well as some Rockport's that work pretty well. Nothing like these top of the line New Balance though. My PT had sent me to a different shoe store and I tried Brooks in between and they broke down in nothing flat. No more of those. I will stick with the New Balance.
A big problem is dress shoes. I have a nice pair of Aravon's which come from the New Balance store but they still aren't the gorgeous shoes I would love to wear to my grand daughter's wedding.

She tells me if my dancing shoes are my bare feet, that is just fine.

That we are going to party! and she expects her grandma to have a great time shoes or no shoes.
