Yes, definitely worth the money if they worked. One thing is I was off my feet the rest of that day. I have been on my feet a lot since then running errands and trying to get Christmas taken care of and helping my daughter with wedding plans.
I see the Rheumie today. It will be interesting to see what he says. They didn't keep me awake as much last night because I rubbed them down with Icy Hot and put on a pair of hubby's socks at bedtime. They did hurt when I got up this a.m. I do think it is more than Plantar Facitis but I think that is part of it.
