Interesting. It seems somehow logical that you would drop some unwanted weight eating like this. I've struggled for some time to understand why we (typically, not always) eat our largest meal as the last meal of the day. I've tried to switch this up over the last few years to make my meals smaller as the day progresses. I sure don't really all those calories in the evening when I'm not that active or during sleep. Two pounds a month sounds like a good pace. I hope you continue to see desired results.
