Thanks Jay. Just a few days ago, a group of us were talking about the 5 smaller meals a day theory. It's like one would be grazing all day long but we didn't know whether that was good or not. I guess it depends if your system likes that, or not, and is able to process the foods efficiently.
One thing, I sometimes do go to bed a bit hungry but after a while you get used to it and it becomes a part of the process. Not a deal breaker for me.
