interesting article. think it depends on what our issues are, for insulin resistance / prediabetes / diabetes exercise allows the body's cells to utilize glucose better, so for those of us with that problem, the exercise is important. but i'm with you, for a year, i couldn't even take a walk, and everything suffered. but yes, exercise alone is not enough, diet is important too.
wish i could use your dieting technique, but if i don't eat every few hours, and especially if i don't eat at bedtime, gastritis really flares, guess its all a balance of all of our issues.
