your change in eating habits has effected your sleeping patterns?
The only change I've noticed is that I get up earlier and more wide awake at 7.00 am (need to eat?). I still have to switch from my bed to the recliner most nights, that hasn't changed.
do you take any liquids in the evening after your final meal for the day
Most nights I have a glass of apple juice with fibre and I'll have a mug of green tea later but that's it.
