Hey DavidP - have no idea what its like where you are, but Mino is an approved DMARD here in the states for inflammatory arthritis, so maybe you could ask about it again. My rheumy has prescribed it to other patients (she specifically mentioned one of her female patients wanting to have a baby and not wanting to go on the big guns) and then went on to say eventually they need stronger stuff.
