I'm starving and not much to choose from at my house.
I used to get by really good on sugar free jello and cool whip, could you make you some of that?? Or buy little premade sf jellos. Also soup is a great warm filler of tummies. If you make your own with a soup bone, some roast beef, herbs and a few safe veggies its REALLY safe and good for you.
