Well, I went nuts over some nuts, and now feel a tad worse for it.
Hot breakfasts are still possible.... I usually have a sort of soupy breakfast with homemade stock that I simmer spinach or kale in, sometimes a couple of eggs too or usually a fish fillet or some bacon, or a combo of bacon and egg. Egg yokes have to be runny. Mmmmmm It is a bit like a green porrige. Withough harming any oats...
