hi craig,
he did very low electro stim to "work" the muscle then followed that with ice.
he did a little tiny bit of soft tissue work to start loosening up all the fibrosomethingortheother.
but what he really did that gave me instant relief was to push a rib back into place. somehow or another it had moved to where it didn't belong and that was what was so agonizingly painful.
my muscles were in spasm for about 12 hours after the manipulations but even those have settled down now.
