Fasting can be a little strange for me too. Ususlly in a good way. This is also when i'm usually so pain free that i forget about the dragon.
I don't know how much 48 pounds is in the currency thaat I use, but it sounds like alot. I hope you can get the equipment you need. I would be very shy abuot getting tis done for me. I guess the enema police at the pharmacy don't allow much privacy either.
I don't see any thing thaat you are eating that would cause a flare. Maybe dislodging toxic stuff could be causing the reaction.
