my sister was allergic to it when we were growing up.
a research student of mine was also allergic to it.
when i eat it, sometimes i think i notice mouth sores, hope i'm wrong!
and yes kat, even the high percentage stuff, though only about 70%, don't like it more than that.
if i eat way too much, it flares my GI issues, but that's when i lose all control.
mostly its about an ounce a day.
