He was also been interviewed by Sean Croxton on Wellness Underground Radio a couple of weeks ago. The UW website has the interview on the site, so you can listen to it now if you want. Very interesting.
I too am neg for celiacs, but have two alpha and two beta subunits that were positve which means that I am genetically predisposed to being gluten sensitve. Don't know if your tests covered the alpha and beta subunits. It helped to explain a lot.
Going gluten free is a pain at first but it is worth it to feel good. Take care.
